Job Description

As a skilled C/C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software applications. Your expertise in C and C++ programming, along with a strong grasp of microservices architecture, will be pivotal in ensuring effective delivery in an Agile environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, and delivering technical solutions aligned with business requirements are key aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable applications using C and C++, implementing robust solutions for complex technical challenges, and conducting unit testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, active participation in Agile ceremonies, and the development and maintenance of software on Linux/Unix operating systems will also be part of your role. Furthermore, applying best practices in microservices architecture, providing technical assistance to team members, and documenting design specifications and development processes will be essential. You should possess 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in C and C++ development, a strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, and practical experience in Agile methodologies and microservices development. Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and offer technical guidance are mandatory skills required for this role. Additionally, awareness of GoLang development, exposure to cloud platforms and container technologies, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture are considered good-to-have skills. Soft skills such as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong collaboration and teamwork skills, adaptability, willingness to learn new technologies, and attention to detail in delivering quality solutions will be beneficial. Staying updated with emerging technologies and contributing to process improvements will also be expected in this role.
