Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition are essential. Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities are also required to interact with various stakeholders within the organization. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, and different software development life cycles.
