Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Vision: Provide strategic direction for the school in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum. Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Education or related field. At least 12-15 years of experience in a leadership role within an international school, preferably within the Cambridge framework. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong decision-making abilities and a commitment to academic excellence.
