• Create exam-focused study materials (mock tests, revision notes).
• Conduct regular, rigorous assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Resolve academic doubts quickly and effectively.
• Mentor students on study habits, time management, and stress management.
• Communicate student progress clearly with parents/guardians.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience preparing students specifically for the CBSE Class 12 Board Examinations.
• Proven history of high student results (e.g., above 90% scorers).
