Job Title: US IT Bench Sales LeadJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Bench Sales Lead to drive our bench sales team and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing market, strong vendor relationships, and expertise in marketing IT consultants (bench candidates) to direct clients and Tier 1 vendors.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Bench Sales Team to achieve placement targets.Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients, vendors, and partners.Establish and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and prime vendors to generate new business.Identify contract opportunities for IT consultants in various technologies.Negotiate contract rates, terms, and agreements with vendors and clients.Track market trends and competitor strategies to improve consultant placement.Train and mentor junior bench sales recruiters to improve their performance.Maintain accurate documentation of all consultant submissions, client interactions, and placements.Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales with proven track record of consultant placements.Strong network of Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.Hands-on experience in marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, and EAD consultants.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
