Key Responsibilities: Collect, label, and store blood and other specimens as per standard procedures. Perform Complete Blood Count (CBC) and other hematology/pathology tests using automated analyzers and manual methods when required. Prepare and examine blood smears under a microscope for differential counts. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly. Follow quality control (QC) protocols to ensure test accuracy. Record and maintain patient data and test results in laboratory information systems (LIS). Comply with safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and waste disposal regulations.
