You should have a BMLT or DMLT qualification. Your key responsibilities will include collecting blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques, labeling and processing samples for laboratory testing, maintaining accurate records and logs of sample collection and processing, providing exceptional patient care and communication, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective sample collection, participating in quality control and quality assurance activities, and accurately performing pipetting tasks such as measuring and transferring precise volumes of blood or other fluids, handling and preparing samples for testing or analysis, and maintaining accurate records of pipetting activities. Requirements for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a medical assistant or phlebotomy certification preferred, 0-2 years of phlebotomy experience (new graduates with training in phlebotomy will also be considered), strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and knowledge of medical software. You must be able to demonstrate, train other technicians, install devices, perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of CBC and Biochemistry Analyzers. Additionally, you should be ready for fieldwork, willing to conduct fieldwork as required, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various environments, and be prepared to travel to other states for extended periods to support project requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The benefits include commuter assistance, provided food, and provident fund.
