As a Compensation Consultant at Potentify, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a customized compensation framework for a key client in the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include analyzing internal compensation data to identify equity gaps, compression risks, and outliers. Additionally, you will be benchmarking salaries using Indian market data across various job families, preparing compensation guidelines for hiring, promotions, and performance alignment, and presenting findings to client leadership while incorporating feedback to refine frameworks. To excel in this role, you are expected to have at least 5 years of experience in compensation analytics, HR data consulting, or C&B strategy. Proficiency in Excel and/or analytical tools such as Python, R, or Power BI will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be translating complex data into actionable decisions. This is a project-based position lasting 3-4 months, with the possibility of extending collaboration as Potentify expands its consulting services.
