You will be responsible for setting up the Compensation & Benefits function from scratch for a Multinational Fortune 50 organization establishing their GCC in India. Your role will require someone with 12 - 15 years of experience, preferably from an IT Services / GCC / GIC / Captive set up, with a strong background in C&B. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Job evaluation - Expertise in Compensation restructuring - Proficiency in Job Grading and benchmarking Qualifications Required: - 12 - 15 years of relevant experience - Background preferably from IT Services / GCC / GIC / Captive set up - Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits Please note that you should be a hands-on leader who can thrive in an ambiguous and unstructured environment.,
