As a Test Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the performance evaluation of Construction Equipment (CE) machines, ensuring they meet the technical requirements of our products while contributing to the organization's global development targets. You will be responsible for conducting various tests on CE machines, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and participating in the creation of Design Validation Plans and Problem Resolution Boards. Your key responsibilities will include performing Loader Backhoe and Compactors test activities according to standard procedures, evaluating technical aspects of machine tests, maintaining accurate records of test activities and results, and actively participating in problem resolution processes. Your expertise in Construction Equipment products testing, test instrumentation on vehicles, data acquisition skills, and troubleshooting abilities will be essential for this role. To be successful in this position, you should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with Loader Backhoe and Compactor products, and knowledge of test parameters data acquisition on CE vehicles. Additionally, experience in component testing, communication with global teams, and basic knowledge of CMVR compliance will be beneficial. Your qualifications should include a B.E. / B.
