The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring revenue growth within the assigned region. Daily tasks will include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, organizing sales campaigns, and managing a sales team. The role also involves market research and analyzing competitors' strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and team leadership Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop effective sales strategies and set performance targets Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
