Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to guide strategic planning. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in product performance, quality, cost, and manufacturing processes. Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive R&D, preferably in commercial vehicle or bus body design and development. Proven leadership experience in managing R&D teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and revise electrical schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams, street light drawings and layout drawings in compliance with industry standards and project specifications. - Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and incorporate their feedback into design revisions. - Ensure accuracy and maintain organized documentation of all drawings and design changes. - Assist in coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of electrical components within broader project designs. - Conduct quality checks on drawings and designs to verify adherence to company and regulatory standards. - Provide support for project management tasks, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
