Position Overview: The Senior Research Associate will primarily support our CATI research projects, focusing on conducting telephone interviews, managing team and data collection processes, and ensuring high-quality research outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead CATI Projects: Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of CATI surveys, ensuring adherence to research protocols and objectives. Conduct CATI Surveys: Execute telephone interviews using CATI software to collect data from respondents in accordance with research protocols. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to CATI processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Data Management: Enter and manage data accurately in research databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards. Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify interview quality, addressing any issues or inconsistencies promptly. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior researchers and interviewers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development. Project Support: Collaborate with the research team to coordinate survey activities, track progress, and meet project deadlines. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in any field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CATI research or telephone interviewing and with a proven track record in managing research projects and teams.
