The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling radiology diagnostic systems and will be responsible for managing the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and service documentation for high-end imaging systems across healthcare facilities in Tanzania and neighbouring regions. Key Responsibilities: Independently carry out Installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of high-end radiology equipment including MRI, CT, Digital X-ray, Digital Mammography, Cathlab, and Ultrasound systems from reputed OEMs, preferably GE Healthcare. Manage equipment lifecycle activities across premium hospitals and diagnostic centers in Tanzania and East Africa. Generate service revenue from the existing Installed Base (IB) by offering AMC, upgrades, and value-added services. Maintain detailed and updated records of installations, service activities, and scheduled PMs using internal tools and OEM-provided platforms. Coordinate with OEM service teams through weekly/biweekly calls for technical updates, escalations, and joint service planning. Handle the spare parts procurement process including identification, ordering, tracking, and final installation in respective systems. Ensure total customer satisfaction by minimizing equipment downtime, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional support. Ensure compliance with service quality standards and OEM protocols during all maintenance activities. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Biomedical Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation. 8 to 10 years of hands-on field experience servicing radiology imaging systems, especially those from GE Healthcare or equivalent. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, and service documentation for diagnostic imaging equipment. Strong knowledge of healthcare equipment safety standards and PM/CM procedures.
