Conduct initial patient assessments to evaluate health needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and injections, monitor and document patients" vital signs regularly, perform wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures, assist patients with daily living activities, provide education on health management and disease prevention, coordinate home healthcare services, respond to emergencies, maintain accurate health records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, promote healthy habits, support emotional and psychological needs, participate in ongoing education and training. Required Qualifications: - Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice. - Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSC) preferred or ANM/GNM. - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community settings. - Knowledge of home healthcare services and community resources. - Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred. - Familiarity with patient care technologies and equipment. - Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. - Flexibility to accommodate patient schedules and changing needs. - Strong attention to detail in documentation and care delivery. - Understanding of cultural competencies and sensitivity in diverse populations. - Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.,

You will be responsible for providing elder care services at an old age home situated in Chikisak Nagar, Pipliyakumar, Indore. Your duties will include visiting elders in their homes on a call basis to perform catheterization, dressing, vital monitoring in the morning, administering medication, and providing counseling. This job offers both full-time and part-time positions, with an expected workload of 8 hours per week. As part of the benefits package, you will receive health insurance coverage. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and a yearly bonus is provided based on performance. I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities To Provide Quality Clinical Care to Patients. To practice evidence based medicine awareness regarding patient {Investigation- (profile/reports/plan) {Treatment- (details/drug procurement)} {Drug Allergies/ patient history}. To ensure Emergency Preparedness & Response Treatment/ Procedure/ Investigations). To ensure timely attention and intervention for any query or requirement from the IP patient. To ensure that the IP rounds are duly done and the patients are attended to empathetically. To comply with patient protocols (OP-IP/OT/ Diagnostics/ ICU/ Triage) & document patient File/ Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/ complete). To ensure MLC notification / documentation and statutory compliance. To ensure Documentation at the time of Discharge. To complete all OP & IP records on time with accuracy. To ensure documented handover at the end of shifting/ Transfer of patients to another unit. To ensure proper Bio Medical Waste Management & follow Infection Control protocols. To follow ethical Medical practice and to ensure clear and prompt communication with the Admitting as well as Referral Consultants. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. To have complete orientation of IMS and NABH system. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. To Comply with patient safety policy.

Role & responsibilities Sterilizing and arranging instruments, catheters, and other necessary equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures. Ensuring all equipment is in working order and calibrated correctly. Assisting cardiologists and other medical staff during catheterization procedures. Monitoring patients' vital signs and condition throughout the procedure. Operating imaging equipment (like fluoroscopy) to visualize and guide the insertion of catheters and other instruments. Assisting in the removal of catheters and applying post-procedure dressings. Performing routine maintenance and quality control checks on Cath Lab equipment. Troubleshooting equipment issues during procedures to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation related to procedures. Ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory policies regarding patient care and documentation. Sheath removal and hematoma- bleeding complication management. Participate in hospital quality improvement activities Equipment operation and equipment safety Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control practices. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Cath Lab equipment, including imaging systems (fluoroscopy), physiological monitoring devices, and computerized data systems. Understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to diagnostic and interventional procedures. Ability to interpret cardiac catheterization data and recognize normal and abnormal findings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
