About the Role: We seek a dynamic Catering Consultant to coordinate catering services, ensuring seamless collaboration between caterers, relationship managers, and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to deliver high-quality catering solutions for weddings and events. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with caterers, relationship managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of catering services. Understand client preferences and provide tailored catering solutions. Maintain quality standards for food presentation, service, and hygiene. Oversee catering logistics, including menu finalization and service arrangements. Assist in negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of catering supplies. Monitor catering performance and suggest improvements for efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: 2 - 4 years experience in catering coordination, hospitality, or event management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering logistics. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
