Role & responsibilities Manage and optimize catalog mix for the edible category, ensuring the right SKUs are available in the right stores. Design and implement Automatic Replenishment Systems (ARS) using a Min/Max inventory model. Execute day-to-day replenishment operations across our pan-India store network. Continuously analyze and optimize inventory levels to reduce logistics costs and minimize liquidation or stockouts.
