JSW One Homes is an end to end home construction service for individual home builders offering a hasslefree construction experience to its customers. It is a technology led B2C e-commerce service which provides a platform for home builders to meet vetted turnkey contractors for home construction. The platform provides tech-enabled tool for its customers to track the progress of their home construction and manage the cost, quality and timeline of their home construction project. Joinus, and lets transform India, together! Purpose of the job: JSW One MSME is looking for a high performing Category Manager to own the product categories available on the platform. The candidate should have a strong orientation in digital, metric driven and analytical approach along with acumen to quickly acquire technical knowledge about the products. He/she will be responsible for driving sales of portfolio categories in the respective regions, category expansion and geographic expansion. Working closely with sales teams and sellers, keeping abreast of market dynamics and effective feedback loop are important aspects. Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for closure of orders by coordinating with sales team and sellers • Responsible for portfolio categories, sales and gross margins • Seller relationship management, build rapport and increase business with them • Ensuring availability and pricing on the platform, periodic reviews, data-driven actions • Driving seller offers on the platform to boost sales • Manage Category team of 3-4 People & own the City level targets Who can apply: • Engineer + MBA from premier institute. • Experience in Flat steel is an added advantage • 4-8 years of industry experience (pre or post MBA) • Strong analytical and data orientation, attention to detail • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills • Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures • Self-starter and driven individual • Experience in Managing Category team
