The Category Incharge is responsible for driving sell-out performance of assigned product categories (e.g., TVs, ACs, Washing Machines) across stores. This includes executing schemes, tracking brand/category performance, managing in-store activations, and pushing the promoter and store teams to achieve sales targets. The role acts as a bridge between sales, marketing, and store operations for category-level growth.
