Category & AI Ops Executive

We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join us in the role of a stealth-mode GM track to spearhead the launch and management of new high-impact, patient-centered categories using AI-powered systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy & Planning:** Conduct market research, analyze competitors, understand patient needs, identify opportunities, create business cases, and define OKRs. - **Category Management:** Oversee daily operations, track KPIs, ensure SLAs & quality, and drive growth levers for the new categories. - **AI-Led Execution:** Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, and Claude to automate workflows, create SOPs, and enhance targeting strategies. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate across teams, onboard doctors and partners, and manage vendors effectively. - **Insights & Improvement:** Develop dashboards, conduct audits, standardize playbooks, and implement strategies for scaling categories efficiently. **Primary KPIs:** - Time to Launch & % Milestones Achieved - Funnel Conversion Rates (Landing Lead Activation) - Stakeholder Satisfaction (internal + external) - Category Revenue Contribution - Workflow Automation Impact (tasks, hours saved) - Retention & Repeat Usage (as applicable) **Who We're Looking For:** - **Qualifications:** Recent graduate or a minimum of 2 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, or growth roles; stakeholder management experience; strong written & structural thinking skills; proficiency in using AI tools for productivity; previous launch experience is a plus. - **Preferred:** Exposure to healthcare, consumer tech, or operations; experience in managing doctors/partners/vendors; project building from 0-to-1; familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, GPTs, and analytics tools. - **Traits:** Ownership mindset, quick problem-solving abilities, system simplification skills, clear communication, active listening, and an execution-focused visionary. **About the Company:** MrMed is India's leading online super specialty pharmacy, dedicated to providing critical medications and improving access to affordable, life-saving treatments.
