You should have 5 to 9 years of experience in OpenText xECM for SAP as an Administrator. Your responsibilities will include Installation & Configuration of xECM for SAP suites with OpenText Content Server / Archive and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS). You should have experience in upgrading OpenText xECM for SAP solutions from 20.x to 24.x and working with Container Deployment for xECM components. Your role will involve deep knowledge in the Administration of OpenText xECM for SAP solutions versions 20.x, 21.x, and above. You should have strong experience in developing live reports/web reports, configuring, scheduling, and exporting output as excel via email. Additionally, you should be proficient in Categories development, metadata extraction using OCC/Enterprise Scan, and Content Server Administration/Archive Server Administration with Brava suite configuration. Integration experience with SAP modules such as SAP ECC/SAP HANA and API Integration knowledge is required. You will be responsible for configuring OT Brava Viewer for Content Markup, Redaction, Brava Administration, and implementing SSO using OTDS. Furthermore, you should have experience in SAP Authorization for OTCS business attachments and documents, as well as building Smart UI for business users based on their roles. Any domain knowledge in Insurance will be considered an added advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills are essential for this role.,
