Responsibilities Proactively work with clients, providing expert analysis and insights Creating test scenarios for clients using playwright based front end scripting Work as an extension of your clients team, assisting in ad hoc analysis or testing Contribute actively to knowledge base, blog, and other product-related documentation Ability and means to travel as needed. Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues and questions Collaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing. Dear Candidate, This role requires working night shifts and is a hybrid position based out of our Bangalore office. The standard arrangement is three days in the office and two days working remotely.
