Responsibilities: - Represent the company professionally in all business interactions, negotiations, and client communications. - Stay informed about developments in the refining industry, specifically in catalyst technologies and applications. - Actively seek out and pursue new business prospects within the refining and petrochemical sectors. - Efficiently handle and prepare tender documentation, encompassing both technical and commercial submissions. - Engage in regular customer visits, establish robust client relationships, and uphold transparent communication to foster business growth. - Collect, manage, and analyze market and sales data to facilitate strategic decision-making. - Monitor market trends to identify and leverage emerging opportunities. - Contribute to the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and promotional activities. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is considered an advantage. - Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or tendering within the refining, petrochemical, or catalyst industry. - Skills: - Profound knowledge of refinery operations and catalyst applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in tender documentation and proposal preparation. - Analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
