Astrotalk Store is a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand specializing in bracelets and gemstones. We are growing our marketplace team and looking for a Marketplace Specialist who can manage the platform end-to-end and drive growth. What Youll Do: Own and manage end-to-end Amazon operations Ads, Account Health, Cataloguing, Inventory, and Sales Tracking. Strategise and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets. Monitor and maintain account health , ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and stock availability . Track sales performance and generate actionable insights to achieve targets. Coordinate with external & internal teams for smooth purchase order processing, stock movement, and order fulfillment. What Were Looking For: 1+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc) Strong understanding of Amazons ecosystem and performance metrics. Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and operations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced D2C environment .
