You&aposll be our omnichannel growth architect , building and scaling revenue streams across every digital touchpoint where our customers discover and buy our products. From our D2C website to quick commerce platforms, you&aposll ensure our brands are winning everywhere. You&aposll own the P&L for digital channels, working with agencies, optimizing funnels, and building systems that drive sustainable, profitable growth. You&aposll Be Doing Things Like: Scaling our D2C website with conversion rate optimization and customer journey improvements Dominating marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa with strategic listing and advertising Conquering quick commerce platformsBlinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto Managing agency relationships and coordinating performance marketing campaigns Optimizing product catalogs for search visibility, conversion, and brand consistency Analyzing channel performance and reallocating budgets for maximum ROI Negotiating with platforms for better placement, promotions, and partnership opportunities Building competitive intelligence systems to stay ahead of market trends Coordinating product launches across all channels with perfect timing and execution Maintaining platform hygiene inventory, pricing, promotions, and compliance We&aposll Get Along Great If You... As a Catalog Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing e-commerce operations efficiently by managing product listings, catalog content, pricing, and promotional activities on various marketplaces. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure the accuracy and optimization of our product catalog across different platforms. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Listing Management: - Handle product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Shopify. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and descriptions. Catalog Optimization: - Manage product cataloguing, including A+ Content creation, to enhance product visibility and sales conversion. - Implement and maintain the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Inventory Monitoring: - Monitor and manage inventory levels on various marketplaces. - Prepare and provide regular MIS reports related to inventory and sales performance. Marketplace Coordination: - Coordinate with marketplaces for deals, promotions, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with marketplace representatives to solve queries and address concerns. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and catalog management. - Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools. - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
