Key Responsibilities: Catalog Management: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and updating of the product catalog, ensuring product data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for user experience. Product Information Management: Update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images across various platforms, including e-commerce sites, marketplaces, and internal systems. Data Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy of product data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in product information. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Inventory, Sales) to gather product data, ensure timely updates, and address any issues related to product listings. Product Categorization: Ensure all products are accurately categorized and tagged in line with best practices and SEO standards. Content Creation & Optimization: Assist with the creation of product content (descriptions, images, and specifications) that enhances user engagement and supports marketing initiatives. Reporting: Generate regular reports on catalog performance, product availability, and any issues or improvements needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product catalog management, proposing process improvements where necessary. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in Catalog management, data entry, or product information management (e-commerce or retail experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of Pharma Products and their Catalog is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product management systems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret data to improve Catalog performance.
