Role & responsibilities Group Leader in the maintenance department Responsible for for leading a group of maintenance emgineers Responsible for ensuring the functioning of overall plant equipemnets by planning, executing and supervising maintenance activities Preferred candidate profile Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance. Responding to emergencies. Diagnosing faults. Repairing equipment and testing repairs. Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff. Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings. Creating maintenance procedures. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment. Keeping records of faults and repairs. Shift Managing/Shift handling & Manpower handling Hands-on experience in PLC Sound Knowledge in Mitsubishi GX Works 2 & 3 (FX/Q and R series) Knowledge in CBM/TBM/MTTR/MTBF Knowledge in SPM machine like Vacuum, Furnance /Oven/Laser Machine/Drives/CC Link Knowledge in ROBO cylinder/Servo drive/VFD/Project works. Knowledge in ISO 14001/IATF Ready to work in 3 shift rotation Utility ETP/STP/Transformer /DG/Compressor Knowledge
