Casualty - RMO Doctor

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend all emergency and trauma patients promptly and assess their clinical condition.
• Perform primary management — airway, breathing, circulation, and other emergency interventions.
• Conduct thorough clinical examination and document patient history, diagnosis, and treatment given.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and perform minor procedures as required.
• Coordinate with specialty consultants for further management or admissions.
• Ensure proper handover of patients and update case details in the casualty register and EMR (if applicable).
• Monitor admitted patients in the casualty observation area and update consultants regularly.
• Assist in resuscitation and emergency procedures (e.g., CPR, intubation, suturing, catheterization, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and readiness of the casualty area.
• Participate in emergency drills, CME programs, and continuous learning activities.
• Ensure timely reporting to seniors and maintain professional conduct at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
