Role & responsibilities 1. Handling of labour at site on daily basis 2. Fluent to read the structural, civil ,Mep & Interior drawings. 3. Morning report & DPR. 4. Centring and shuttering work prior concrete work. 5. Checking of Reinforcement bar as per BBS. 6. Filling of pour card before concrete work. 7. Ready mix concrete and volumetric concrete casting work. 8. Brick work, Block work, Plaster work etc. with knowledge of daily site construction activity. 9. Basic knowledge of quality control such as slump test, silt test, filling of cubes etc. 10. Plumb and leveling work with the help of respective tools such as Auto level and plumb bob etc. 11. Knowledge of Mode of measurement and initially checking of bills of vendor. 12. Knowlege of MEP work. 13. Knowlege of finishing work. 14. Execute the work and arrange the labor for reach the milestone on the given time. 15. Soft spoken, positive approach and follow the instructions of seniors. Preferred candidate profile B.tech/M.tech Civil Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate with atleast 5 years of experience in site supervising construction site, managing labour, able to read structural drawings and overseeing all construction work
