Location: Chakan, Pune Experience Required: Relevant industry experience in Magma simulation Key Responsibilities: Perform casting simulations using Magma software (HPDC / LPDC) Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for design and process improvements Collaborate with product design and tooling teams to implement casting solutions Identify and troubleshoot casting defects through simulation Document findings and present reports to R&D and production teams Support new product development and process optimization projects Candidate Requirements: Experience: Hands-on experience with Magma casting simulation software Good understanding of casting processes (HPDC/LPDC preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in interpreting simulation results and implementing feedback Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering or related fields Software knowledge: Magma (mandatory), NX (preferred) Important Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in Magma casting simulation should apply.
