Dept- Purchase & Vendor Development (Casting commodity) Position Sr. Executive Qualification- Diploma/B.Tech/BE Experience – 5-8 Years Location- IMT Manesar, Haryana Main Job Responsibilities: Basic Requirement – Purchase : - Knowledge of Purchasing function responsibilities towards Direct Material and Bought out Parts (Development kick-off to Star of Production). Knowledge of Operations – CNC Machining, VMC Machining, Grinding, Phosphating, Heat Treatment, Shaping. Knowledge of Manufacturing Process of categories – S.G. Iron Castings, Aluminium Die Casting Parts, Forgings. Knowledge of IMS/IATF Requirements Knowledge of APQP Process. Knowledge of ISO - 14001 & 45001 Requirements. Candidate should be conversant in SAP ERP system and Advance Excel Skill. Job Requirement – Casting Vendor Development & New Part Development : - 1. Vendor Evaluation Audits and selection process. 2. RFQ process followed by Price negotiation and final commercial settlements. 3. New part development activities including – a. Adherence to APQP Development Time Plan. b. Supplier Part approval with co-ordination within CFT team of QA, Engineering & Purchase. c. Supplier PPAP Audits & PSW Sign Off. d. Ontime Tooling Payments of supplier. ECN / ECR implementation. Inputs to suppliers on Quality issues of Casting parts and implementation of countermeasures. 6. Determine and track Daily Work Management (DWM), frequency-based MIS Reports. 7. Monthly Review Data Preparation and Presentation. General Requirements : Proactive, Good Interpersonal skills, Team approach, Good Communication skills with Negotiation skills, Time management, Continuous improvement.
