Position Name: Maintenance Coordinator IVM Department: Component Region India Reporting Position: Lead Maintenance Machine Shop & iVM Assembly Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E.) / Diploma Years of Experience: 10 +yrs. / 12 +years Location: Pune Chakan Purpose of the Position : Responsible for the maintenance of iVM assembly line (Cassette, Heat treatment, Leak test, Marposs, part feeder, tightening tools) Overall knowledge of assembly (Casset process/Heat treatment/PLC/Mechanical/Electrical/Robotics/Drives) Efficient deployment of the resources to achieve maintenance KPIs PM plan and execution with third party supplier Develop & suggest multiple solutions to the technical issues & review the criticality of the breakdown Maximize the equipment uptime by effective planning & breakdown problem solving Ensure the compliance to the OHSMS, QMS, process audit, EMS, EnMS Authority: Modification & optimization of the parameters for leak test, heat treatment, cassette pressing Approving process & standards for maintenance rectification Allocation of the resources in most effective way Decision on equipment acceptance / handover. Technical changes approval Decision related to production in case of any deviation in Quality & Safety Energy management guidelines implementation Skills Required: Maintenance process (PM, TBM, CBM, TPM, Kaizen) & Machining process Equipment controls, Siemens PLC, Kuka Robots, Cassette, Marposs, Leak testing and heat treatment Leadership skills, Problem Solving skill & communication skill Collaboration, coordination, assertiveness & negotiation Knowledge of OHSMS, QMS, EMS, EnMS, TPM, Process Audit Key Responsibilities &Tasks: Effective deployment of the available resources to ensure maximum equipment availability & achieve daily production targets Approves Maintenance & Energy KPIs. Develop Strategy to achieve Targets. Maintenance planning & monitoring. Identifying chronical problems & providing solution to eliminate the same Plan Spares part and Optimize Maintenance cost by effective resource planning Planning & review of daily/weekly /monthly maintenance reports, MTTR , MTBF, PM status, equipment safety PM status & ensure action to achieve the same Guide & develop Maintenance knowledge and skill Set for current & future technology required for equipment's Review & update of Standardized maintenance process such as repair procedures, Work Instructions, root cause analysis, standard working process, PM check sheet Implementation & evaluation of the safety system in the production environment to ensure workmen safety & equipment Interacting & coordinating with internal & external customers for the fulfillment of the requirements with respect to the equipments Adherence & documentation of the system requirements such as QMS, EnMS, OHSMS, EMS, process audit. Initiate & review the correction actions for the same Develop idea to improve process, systems & reduce the breakdown, cost, resource Review & ensure the all legal & safety requirements are fulfilled & escalate the if any open concerns to the leader Reporting / Communication/ Presentation all stakes holders with in stipulated time.
