Job Title: Business Development Intern Company: Cashworks Location: Mumbai (on-ground fieldwork + remote coordination) Duration: 7-day training + 3-month internship Start Date: Immediate Compensation: Performance-based Upto 40,000 INR /month (commission and incentives) Cashworks is hiring Business Development Interns to join its growing outreach and partnerships team in Mumbai and across Maharashtra. Selected interns will be trained through a focused 3-day program covering communication, outreach strategy, and relationship management. Post-training, interns will be involved in field activities including college engagement, event presence, and partnership coordination. Key responsibilities include initiating conversations with students, introducing them to Cashworks’ offerings, participating in curated meetups, and representing the company in various student-centric environments. Interns will work closely with the core team and campus points of contact to ensure successful outreach and communication. This opportunity is ideal for students and freshers looking to gain real-world experience in business development, communication, and ground-level activation. The role requires close collaboration with different departments, preparation of reports and presentations, and occasionally representing the founder in meetings.
