Role – Branch Manager (Varanasi) This is a full-time on-ground role for a Branch Manager in Varanasi . The Branch Manager will be responsible for: Managing branch operations and supervising loan officers/DSA team. Driving sales in Loans, Investments, and Insurance products . Ensuring smooth loan processing & documentation . Building & maintaining strong client relationships . Developing strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets. Maintaining compliance with financial & regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements ✅ Experience in DSA / Loan Distribution / Finance Industry ✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Loans, Investment & Insurance sector ✅ Strong leadership & team management skills ✅ Good knowledge of Banking & NBFC loan products ✅ Excellent communication & customer handling skills ✅ Ability to work independently & achieve targets ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Commerce preferred ✅ Candidate must be based in Varanasi (or willing to relocate) Compensation & Growth 💰 Attractive Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives 📈 Fast growth opportunity in leadership position 🏦 Work with a strong accredited financial services company
