- Handle cash and cheque collections from sales, service, and parts departments.
- Issue system-generated Gate Pass and receipts against all payments received. - Maintain cash book and update all transactions in the system daily. - Deposit cash and cheques into bank accounts daily and maintain deposit records. - Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements as per policy. - Ensure strict compliance with cash handling protocols and security measures. - Assist auditors and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
- Weekly or surprise store audit for random parts.
