Part-Time Cashier Location: Mancheswar Time: 5hrs in evening (6:00pm -11:00pm) Pay: Rs 6000-7000 Responsibilities Cash & Payment Reconciliation Collect cash, cheques, or UPI/payment slips from delivery executives at the end of each day. Match collected payments against delivery invoices or DSRs (Daily Sales Reports). Verify shortages, overages, and customer pending balances. 2. Record Maintenance Maintain daily logs of collections from each delivery executive. Enter data into Excel for internal accounting. Track pending collections and escalate overdue payments. Prepare deposit slips and reconcile with collection records. 4. Coordination & Follow-ups Work closely with delivery teams to track payments from customers. Report discrepancies or collection delays to sales or finance departments. Ensure all delivery executives submit payment documents and receipts. 5. Audits & Compliance Assist during internal or external audits by providing all necessary collection documents. Follow company policies on cash handling, safety, and reporting. 6. Support & Training Guide new delivery executives on collection processes and documentation. Share daily reminders or alerts about high-value or risky accounts.
