Job Description

Cashier – Ticket Window

Location: Hardy’s World, Ludhiana
Department: Front Office / Ticketing
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are hiring a friendly and responsible Cashier for our ticket counter. The ideal candidate should be able to handle cash & digital payments and communicate well with customers in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle ticket sales at the counter (Cash, Card, UPI).
Provide correct information about ticket rates, offers & packages.
Issue tickets and entry wristbands accurately.
Maintain daily cash reports and submit to accounts.
Ensure polite and smooth customer service.
Manage customer queues at the ticket window.

Requirements:

12th pass or graduate.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
1–2 years of cashier or front office experience preferred.
Must know English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
