As a Customer Service Representative at our store in Serbia, your role will involve: - Welcome customers warmly and address any queries they may have. - Maintain a well-organized and clean checkout area, and handle daily housekeeping duties efficiently. - Provide detailed product information and assist customers in locating specific items. - Ensure precise balancing of the cash drawer at the end of each shift. - Support in restocking shelves and setting up displays when necessary. - Collaborate with team members to assist in various store areas as needed.
