Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team! As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact with customers and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. You will handle transactions, maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area, and assist customers with inquiries. Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and issue receipts. Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payments. Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance at the end of each shift. Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer concerns as needed. Stock shelves, clean workstations, and ensure a tidy environment. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and store operations. Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to customers.
