Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cashier at WOODBINE HOSPITALITY & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED located in Malappuram. The Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers, scanning goods, collecting payments, issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets, and resolving customer complaints. The Cashier will also be responsible for monitoring transactions in the point of sales system, managing payment records, and ensuring a balance in the cash drawer at the end of the shift. Additional duties may include maintaining a clean and organized checkout area and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience with cash handling, payment processing, and point of sales operations Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus
