Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate field sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and action plans to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and evaluate the sales activities and results of the field sales team, using performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Customer & Market Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new market opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales target of the organisation in the assigned region. Qualifications & Skills Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is often a requirement. Experience: Prior experience in field sales or a similar sales role is essential. Communication: Good verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with the team, customers, and management. Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Other: A valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and strong time management skills are often required.
