Sales Manager (EV Financing) As the Manager of Sales for Electric Vehicle (EV) Financing business, you will be the face of the company externally and the SPOC for all communication with EV dealers and aggregators in the market for Business Alliances & Sales management driving business volumes. • Responsible for onboarding EV Dealers / Aggregators • Responsible for Achieving business volumes from designated market and grow the business through continuous nurturing the relationship with partners. • Responsible for interaction with customers and facilitate merchants with EV finance transaction. • Training and development of Dealers, their store representative and OEM sales team • Ensure complete documentation from dealers towards the loan disbursement and timely disbursement to dealers • Continuous engagement with dealers for lead generation to scheme discussions and lead closure. • Responsible for day-to-day liaising with dealers, OEM sales team and internal support team for ensuring a smooth flow of operations • Ensure all tasks, deliverables, documentation, customer and dealer engagements are managed with the highest level of accuracy. • Understand the market feedback and report to internal stakeholders for process and system improvements • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets • Outstanding Sales skills, verbal communication skills with the ability to converse clearly and concisely with dealers and customers. • Planning for consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives, as well as providing an accurate monthly forecast of opportunities. • Nurture partner relations and give insights on overall business performance and efficient industry practices.
