As an Oracle Service Cloud Developer with 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC). Your role will involve developing custom scripts, processes, workflows, business rules, and integrations with OSvC, utilizing REST APIs for integration with external systems, managing email configurations and mailbox management in OSvC, and working on OSvC BUI as well as Agent Desktop. You will also be expected to maintain and customize OSvC Customer Portal using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and utilize Oracle Service Cloud modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing. The mandatory skills required for this role include extensive experience with Oracle Service Cloud implementation, customization, and support, strong proficiency in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript, good hands-on experience with OSvC BUI and Agent Desktop, expertise in REST API integration, experience in email configuration and mailbox management within OSvC, familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for OSvC Customer Portal, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with Oracle Service Cloud modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing, and strong communication skills. Desired or secondary skills that are preferred for this role include certifications in Oracle Service Cloud or related technologies, experience with additional Oracle Service Cloud modules or integrations, and knowledge of Agile development methodologies. This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in person. Your total experience should be 8 years, with 8 years of experience specifically in Oracle Service Cloud.,
