Nice hotel! Need to work on systems at restaurant. Not much items in buffet. In main course breakfast I found only wada sambhar, parantha and omlette. Timing of buffet is also uncertain. Staff is polite, property is also good.

We stayed on 22 July for 02 nights in Casaya Lucknow. Staff are very polite and service we're excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Roof Bar is outstanding. Location is also good and Restaurants service was outstanding. I will love to come here again.
