CASA Sales Officer

• Customer Acquisition: Actively sourcing new CASA accounts from the branch catchment area, targeting individuals, proprietors, and corporate salary accounts.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for account opening, balance maintenance (M0), and volume.
• Cross-Selling Products: Promoting additional products, including debit/credit cards, internet banking, UPI, RD/FD, and third-party products like insurance, to increase wallet share.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely documentation (KYC, AML) for onboarding new customers.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Marketing & Networking: Conducting local marketing activities, such as canopy activities or corporate visits, to generate leads.
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily/weekly sales reports and updating customer data in the CRM system.
• Account Activation: Ensuring newly opened accounts are funded and active within stipulated timeframes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,861.36 per month
