We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and expand our presence by building strategic relationships with brokers and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales of second homes, villas, and luxury properties in assigned territories. • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners to create a robust referral network. • Build and maintain long-term partnerships that contribute to sustained sales growth. • Understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions. • Present properties effectively through site visits, presentations, and digital platforms. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation. • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process. • Maintain a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activities. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to senior management. • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor strategies, and local market dynamics. Requirements: • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in second homes, villas, or luxury properties. • Strong network within the real estate broker and channel partner ecosystem. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms. • Customer-centric approach with a consultative sales mindset. • Target-driven and motivated by results. • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
