You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing niche clients in the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing industry. Your role will involve leveraging strong knowledge of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Unique Selling Propositions (USP) to build long-term partnerships with CAS Consulting firms, CPA practices, and Real Estate Accounting firms in the U.S. market. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and engaging niche clients, developing strategies to connect with CAS/CPA firms and Real Estate Accounting firms, and effectively communicating MQO Solutions ICP and USP to potential clients. You will also be expected to build a strong referral and networking base, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company goals. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing business development and a strong understanding of CAS Consulting, CPA firms, and Real Estate Accounting practices. You should be able to identify and match Ideal Customer Profiles with company offerings, possess an established influence and network in the U.S. market, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. This position requires a self-motivated, target-oriented individual who can work independently. The compensation for this role is based on a Bounty-Based Model with additional performance incentives for consistent high-value closure.,
