Update geo location Managing Operations/ Vendor Management All vendor services are utilized adequately check fleet attendance and talk to vendor Daily fleet attendance and utilization share with regionle flet team. To ensure COR Drive utilization properly Ensure quality (water bottle. Newspaper, Chauffeur Grooming) on call, Resolving Vendors Escalations coordinate with Senior Following with the chauffeurs for submission of duty slips Toll, Parking timely , disputed Duty slip closure, Manual duty slip closure Tracking of calls, ensure agents take calls on dialer Attendance tracking and assignment of task Equal Duty Distribution Nil CRM complaint Proper handover of shift Note: Rotational shifts please apply only if comfortable with this.
