Job Summary The Sales Executive Off-Trade will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, executing brand visibility initiatives, and strengthening relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and channel partners in the off-trade segment (wine shops, L1s, supermarkets). The ideal candidate should be driven, field-oriented, and well-versed with regional liquor trade dynamics. Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territory. Ensure month-on-month target achievement across product categories. Outlet Management Build strong relationships with retail shop owners and staff. Address issues, manage reorders, and ensure optimal stock levels. Product Availability Monitor and ensure availability and visibility of SKUs at the point of sale. Coordinate with distributors for timely stock replenishment. Visibility & Merchandising Implement and audit in-store branding, promotional displays, and planograms. Deploy POSMs and ensure visual compliance. Distributor Coordination Collaborate with distributor salesmen for order collection, claim management, and resolving operational challenges. Market Intelligence Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Provide regular feedback to management on market dynamics. Reporting Maintain daily sales reports, journey plans, and outlet visit records. Report coverage and productivity metrics as per guidelines.
