Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue by selling our interior design solutions and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits Understand client needs and present tailored design solutions from Floorlo’s portfolio Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and end clients Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and timelines Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build market presence Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, real estate, or related industries(Freshers are welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven Ability to understand design concepts and communicate them effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
